Maintaining a regular yoga practice can provide physical and mental health benefits. Our hope is that this practice will benefit you and, in turn, all those around you.


Private yoga instruction

Terry can come to you in your office or home for a private 

yoga session for just you or you and your colleagues

*If your company has a health and wellness program, check with them if they would subsidize the cost of yoga classes in your work place!


Yoga and lunch

Come indulge and find your inner-calm as Terry leads you in an hour long yoga class, followed by a healthy delicious meal in her historic home. 


Private culinary instruction

Terry will come into your home and work with you to develop a meal plan 

that fits your family and your schedule! While she specializes in

 Vietnamese cooking, she also loves to teach all types of cuisines. 

She would love to explore a new cuisine with you!

Let us do the cooking for you! Have a special event or just don’t want to cook? We can come up with a menu for weeknight dinners or special events.

You are invited to experience authentic Vietnamese cooking. Terry Vanderpham will take you on a journey through the Vietnamese kitchen. Come find out how to build your own flavorful, aromatic meal from scratch and learn short cuts for when you just need a quick fix! Find out where to shop, which labels to buy, and how keeping a few key ingredients in your pantry can elevate many of the dishes you already make.
